Job description

Currently we are recruiting Customer Service Agents for an exciting, challenging project in the financial field to work with in Madrid. This is an inbound position that is focusing on providing information, solve issues and manage incidents by phone and email.

Requirements

  • Native Flemish or Dutch speaker (for the Belgium market);
  • A background in Financial services is appreciated;
  • Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each and every contact;
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls and emails;
  • Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient, effective and customercentric way;
  • Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively;
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures;
  • Ensure that adherence to required shift schedules is observed at all times;
