As a Customer Service Agent you are part of the Dutch Customer Happiness Team in the international Customer Experience Centre in Valencia. From this unique office, it will be your job to keep our customers super satisfied. In this position you will help the customers via telephone, mail or chat. We are looking for a candidate who lives for customer service and thrives within a dynamic environment where the pace is high.

  • You are the first contact with the customers when there are problems and you know exactly how to solve them quickly and efficient;
  • You are customer focussed;
  • You will help the customers with their order fullfillment and make sure that they make the right choices;
  • You are proactive in finding new ways to improve processes and make them more efficient, aiming to decrease the amount of complaints.


  • You have higher vocational level;
  • You are super customer friendly and have a commercial mindset;
  • Experience with Customer Service is a plus;
  • You are a real go-getter, thrive on change and make our business in The Netherlands grow;
  • You are a real team player and want to work in a super fun team;
  • You are willing to relocate to the beautiful Valencia;
  • Flexible availability, we have shifts between 08:00-22:00 Monday - Sunday;
  • You are a native Dutch.
