Being a family business, with roots in the carpet industry, our client has developed to a professional and all-round international service provider, where quality, involvement, service and availability go hand in hand. Piece goods, length goods, pallets: Our client provides in your needs of distribution, transport or warehousing. Our client has branches in the Netherlands, but also in different European countries.

Job description

You will be responsible for the development and execution of the recruitment and on-boarding policy. You will combine the company culture, business insights and the labour market changes into the best policies.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the recruitment strategy, look for suitable candidates in databases and networks.
  • Responsible for the on-boarding process of new employees.
  • Capable of advising management and the recruitment process.
  • The candidate will also have an active role in various (cross-departmental) improvement processes

Benefits

  • You should have a least higher professional and working level and demonstrable long-term experience with recruitment and selection processes
  • Knowledge of recruitment methods, including the use of various Social Media channels
  • Good knowledge on the current Dutch labour market
  • Native Dutch with good German and English proficiency.
