Job description

Answering Inbound calls of Belgian clients with a repair request for appliances.
The Agent should have a strong commercial profile, capable of making sales and hitting targets.
Adding to this, the Agent should also be responsible for the Customer Service and claim handling of our services.

Requirements

  • Registration of client´s details and information
  • Making sales and offering extended warranties to the clients
  • Booking repairs and appointments for the clients.

Languages:

  • Dutch
  • French
  • English
  • Spanish

•Sales experience 6 month

40hours per Week. From 8am to 5pm

Skills

  • Able to effectively communicate to customers.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic and highly communicative.
  • Easy adaptable to different partners.
  • Teamwork, proactive and excellent customer service skills.


Systems Knowledge:

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft packages
