Allround Project Engineer (Construction / Civil / E&I / Energy Supply) - Zwolle

As a Project Engineer, you are the driving force behind complex technical projects within commercial building, infrastructure, process industry, or energy distribution (low, medium, and high voltage). You translate objectives into solid designs and executable project structures, ensuring technology, processes, and regulations align seamlessly.

What will you do?

• Project management: Defining and structuring integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and project goals.

• Engineering & analysis: Developing, checking, and monitoring technical designs and specifications, and preparing well-founded calculations and analyses.

• Reporting & communication: Monitoring progress and providing clear, periodic progress reports to project management.

• Quality & compliance: Ensuring compliance with current legislation, industry standards, and relevant quality frameworks (such as GMP).

• Collaboration & leadership: Acting as the main technical point of contact for external contractors, suppliers, and other engineers in the team.

• Documentation & optimization: Carefully recording technical procedures and test results, with continuous focus on process improvement.

Profile and job requirements

• Education: Minimum of an MBO level 4 diploma (with relevant practical experience) in a technical direction, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering & Management. A completed HBO or WO degree is a plus.

• Certifications: In possession of or willing to obtain relevant qualifications and methodologies (e.g. VCA, IPMA D/C/B, or PRINCE2).

• Competencies: Analytically sharp, strong communicator, and decisive. You maintain an overview (helicopter view), show natural leadership, and thrive in a collaborative project environment.

• Working hours: Full time (40 uur per week)
