💬 Your Role

• You help customers with questions about their credit card 💳.

• The processes are simple, but accuracy and responsibility are super important! 🔐

• You ensure that customer data remains secure and that every customer hangs up with a good feeling 😊

🧭 Daily Tasks

• 🔒 Blocking lost or stolen cards

• 📞 Answering customer inquiries

• 🪪 Identity verification and explaining next steps

• 💳 Checking and unblocking cards

• 📁 Handling file claims

🎓 Training & Support

• You will receive a 5-day training including a practical day 👩‍💻

• Learn everything about privacy, communication, and security — we ensure you are ready to shine! ✨

• 💬 Fluent in the requested language (e.g. Dutch/Flemish)

• 🗣️ Good knowledge of English

• 🎧 Experience in customer service
