Your Role

For one of the largest energy companies in the Netherlands ⚡, we’re looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks fluent Dutch and English.
You’ll help customers via phone, chat or email with enquiries about bills, contracts and customer details.

Your duties

• 📞 Handling incoming phone calls, emails and chats

• 💡 Assisting with bills, payments and tariff changes

• ❤️ Resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction

• 🔁 Retaining customers and building long-term customer relationships

• 🏠 Processing address changes and updating details

Requirements

• 💬 Dutch (C2) + English (C1)

• 💻 Experience with MS Office and CRM systems

• 🗣️ Strong communication skills

• 🧠 Logical, analytical and proactive

• 💫 Empathetic, patient and eager to learn

• 💪 A team player with flexibility and a flair for sales

• Working hours: Part time minimaal 30 tot 35 uur per week. Het is ook mogelijk om full time te werken, waarbij de uren worden ingepland in gespleten diensten, afhankelijk van de behoeften van het project; de werktijden kunnen niet zelf bepaald worden.
