Your Role

• The Bridge-Builder: Approach potential customers, pique their curiosity and book home appointments for our advisers! 🏠🤝

• The Scheduling Expert: Coordinate dates and ensure everything is seamlessly organised in the adviser’s diary. 📅

• The Lead Alchemist: Support the sales team by turning cold leads into hot opportunities! ✨

• The Confirmation Specialist: Call clients a day in advance for a friendly check-up. 📞

Working conditions

• The Goal: Aim for 1 appointment per hour (with a low cancellation rate of max 15%). 🎯

• The Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 21:00. No weekend work! Your weekend is for adventure. 🏰

• Your choice: Work in our bustling office in Sofia, hybrid, or fully remotely from anywhere in Bulgaria! 🏠 (Internet: 20Mbps download / 8Mbps upload).

• No qualifications? No problem! Your personality and drive are what matter most. 🌈

• Experience: Sales experience is a plus, but we welcome newcomers with open arms!

• Language whizz: Native Dutch/Flemish speaker with excellent communication skills. 🇳🇱 🇧🇪

• Tech skills: Basic computer skills (MS Office) to keep everything running smoothly. 💻
