Profile

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English

• Super customer-friendly with excellent communication skills

• Master in maintaining customer relationships

• Fast and solution-oriented

• Experience in a contact center is a plus

• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a bonus

Your Responsibilities

• Actively listen and handle customer inquiries like a pro

• Solve problems independently or brainstorm together with your great colleagues

• Provide expert advice and support

• Maintain accurate data in our modern CRM system

• Become an expert in DPD products and services
