Tasks:
- First point of contact for customers with technical challenges (broadband, mobile networks, TV apps, GPS)
- Use of smart tools such as 'Dare' to immediately find the right solution
- For remote problems: schedule an appointment for an on-site technician
- Identify commercial opportunities to introduce customers to new services

- Languages
- English
- Dutch (C2) and good English (B2)
- Friendly and helpful, customer satisfaction (CSAT) as top priority
- No IT degree required — interest in telecom is a plus

- Eager to learn, picks up new information quickly
