Your Role

What will you be doing?

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers in the exciting energy sector. You’ll switch effortlessly between inbound calls, online chat/email and administrative tasks. Your goal? To provide customers with excellent advice and capitalise on commercial opportunities! ⚡💡

Your varied range of tasks

• 📞 Inbound Campaigns: You’ll answer enquiries arising from marketing campaigns. You’ll compare energy tariffs, help customers take out contracts and answer general market queries.

• 📦 Moving Service: You’ll help customers who are moving house! You’ll calculate the best rates for their new address, update customer details and ensure the contract is transferred seamlessly. If data is repeatedly incomplete, you’ll proactively call the customer (outbound).

• 💬 Online Chat & Email: You’ll advise potential new customers online, help them with price calculations and convince them to choose us.

• 📝 Administration & Follow-up: You’ll accurately process contracts in the system and follow up with customers who haven’t fully completed their online contract.

• 📞 Experience in a contact centre is a nice bonus, but not a strict requirement!

• Working hours: Full time: 40 uur (voorkeur) / Part time: minimaal 30 uur
• Shift rotation:
  • Part time: het is niet mogelijk om je uren zelf in te delen, tijden worden random gepland volgens de behoefte van de klant.
  • Maandag - Vrijdag: 9:00 – 19:00
