Your Role

• The First Point of Contact: You’ll be the face (and voice) of our Front Office Technical department for customers facing technical challenges. 📞🦸‍♂️

• The Tech Wizard: Solve puzzles involving broadband, mobile networks, TV apps and those stubborn remote controls. 📡📺

• Communication Expert: You’ll mainly communicate over the phone and occasionally via chat—no stuffy emails here! 💬

• “First Time Right” Champion: Use advanced tools such as ‘Dare’ to find the perfect solution for the customer straight away. ⚡

• The Liaison: Where necessary, you’ll schedule technician visits or refer more complex cases to the second-line experts. 🛠️

• Opportunity Seeker: During your conversations, you’ll spot commercial opportunities and enthusiastically introduce customers to our latest products! 💰✨

• Working hours: Full time (40 uur per week)
• Shift rotation:
  • Maandag - Vrijdag: 9:00 – 19:00
  • Zaterdag: 11:00 – 19:00
