Your Role

You will work on a dynamic project with clear processes where accuracy is your superpower! 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ You are the hero who is ready to assist Dutch retailers using our payment solutions (such as card terminals). 💳🛍️ A large part of your day consists of answering questions remotely to ensure payments run smoothly! 📞✨

Your Profile

• 🇳🇱 Fluent in Dutch (essential!)

• 🇬🇧 Good knowledge of English (French is a nice bonus! 🇫🇷)

• 📞 Experience in a call center is a plus, but certainly not a must!

• 🖥️ Basic computer documentation skills (you know your way around a PC! ⌨️)

• 🔐 Able to follow procedures regarding sensitive data

• 📜 You can provide a clean Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

• ⏰ Flexible, punctual, and ready to perform! 👍
