Dutch-speaking Helpdesk Specialist in Casablanca

Do you enjoy working in a solution-oriented way and do you like helping entrepreneurs with the technology behind their daily transactions? We are looking for enthusiastic support staff for a global pioneer in electronic payment systems. You will assist retailers and companies with questions about their card transactions, equipment, and payouts.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• 📞 Providing telephone support to business customers with questions about their payment equipment.

• 🛠️ Analyzing and resolving technical malfunctions and transaction issues.

• 💡 Advising entrepreneurs on the optimal use of the latest payment services.

• 📝 Carefully recording and following up on customer contacts in our CRM system.

• 🔀 Liaising with specialized technical departments for more complex issues.

• ⭐ Ensuring smooth processing and high customer satisfaction.

Training & Onboarding Period

• 📘 Phase 1: 2 weeks of intensive, full-time theoretical training at the office for a flying start.

• 📙 Phase 2: After approximately 3 months, an in-depth module of 2 weeks at the office follows to further expand your expertise.

Your Profile

• 🗣️ Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written) and a good foundation in English.

• 💻 Proficient in quickly switching between different software packages.

• 🧠 Patient, analytically minded, and strong problem-solving skills.

• ⏰ Flexible availability between 08:00 and 22:00 (including an average of two weekends per month, with a weekday off in compensation).

• Working hours: Shifts between 08:00 en 22:00 CET from Monday to Sunday
