About the position

For our international organization, we are immediately looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for the correct and timely processing of payroll for our employees in Spain. You will work fully remote and be part of a dynamic and growing HR team.

What will you do?

• Ensure flawless payroll processing in accordance with local laws and regulations.

• Manage changes in personnel data, contracts, and salary components.

• Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal HR and Finance departments.

• Advise colleagues on payroll-related questions and compliance topics.

• Prepare reports and analyses for management and auditing purposes.

What do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll, preferably within Spain.

• Excellent knowledge of Spanish labor law and social security.

• Accurate and independent way of working.

• Fluent in Dutch, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience with digital payroll systems (such as SAP, Sage, or similar) is an advantage.

• Short-term availability is a strong plus.
