Allround Project Engineer (Construction / Civil / E&I / Energy Supply) - Arnhem

As a Project Engineer, you are the driving force behind complex technical projects within commercial construction, infrastructure, process industry or energy distribution (low, medium and high voltage). You translate objectives into solid designs and executable project structures, ensuring that technology, process and regulations align seamlessly.

What will you do?

• Project control: Defining and structuring integrated project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation and project goals.

• Engineering & analysis: Developing, checking and monitoring technical designs and specifications and making well-founded calculations and analyses.

• Reporting & communication: Monitoring progress and ensuring clear, periodic reports to project management.

• Quality & compliance: Ensuring compliance with current legislation, industry standards and any quality frameworks (such as GMP).

• Collaboration & management: Acting as the technical point of contact for external contractors, suppliers and other engineers in the team.

• Documentation & optimization: Carefully recording technical procedures and test results, with continuous focus on process improvement.

Profile and job requirements

• Education: At least an MBO level 4 diploma (with relevant practical experience) in a technical direction, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering & Management. A completed HBO or WO degree is a plus.

• Certifications: In possession of or willing to obtain relevant qualifications and methodologies (for example VCA, IPMA D/C/B or PRINCE2).

• Competencies: Analytically sharp, strong communicator and decisive. You maintain an overview (helicopter view), demonstrate natural leadership and thrive in a collaborative project environment.

• Working hours: Full time (40 uur per week)
