Job Description

For the development of our market in Northern Spain, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Freelance Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and expanding our client portfolio in this region, focusing on selling our Recruitment services to companies. You will work completely remotely, with the freedom to organize your workweek at your convenience.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients in Northern Spain, focusing on the Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Technology sectors.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developing customized recruitment proposals.

• Advise companies on the benefits of Retained Recruitment and close contracts with new clients.

• Actively contribute to the strategy for expanding the market in Northern Spain and creating new opportunities.

• Regularly report results and progress to the management team.

Who are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the recruitment sector, preferably with retained recruitment.

• Experience in market development and autonomous lead generation.

• Fluency in Spanish and English.

• Experience using CRM systems.

• Results-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales.

• Minimum availability of 24 hours per week, with a willingness to work independently and completely remotely.

• Preference for freelancers/self-employed professionals, although invoicing without freelancer registration is negotiable.
