Your Role

For one of the very largest energy suppliers in Belgium, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Agent who speaks Dutch or Flemish AND English! ⚡

In this position, you are the lifesaver for both residential and business customers via phone and email. You help them with questions about contract changes, updating customer details and invoices. Don't have experience in customer service yet? No problem! It's a plus, but your motivation is the most important thing.

Please note: You already live in beautiful Barcelona or are ready to move on short notice!
