What will you do

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the point of contact for users of a modern banking application. You speak to customers in a friendly manner and help them with questions about the app. No experience in the banking sector? No problem! You will first follow a comprehensive, paid 5-day training course so that you are fully prepared.

- Good speaking and writing skills in English (working level)
- Experience in a call center or customer service is a plus

• Working hours: 39 uur per week
• Shift rotation:
  • Maandag t/m Vrijdag tussen 9:00 en 21:00
  • Weekenden tussen 9:00 – 17:00
  • Je werktijden worden altijd verspreid over 5 dagen en dit gebeurt 2 keer per maand in het weekend.
