What you will do

As the face and voice of the company, you will help Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You answer questions, think along with smart solutions, and ensure a fantastic customer experience every single day. No two days are the same in this dynamic and welcoming environment!

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a passion for customer contact. You are a strong communicator and ready for an unforgettable adventure in Spain. Experience in a call center is a plus, but your positive energy and eagerness to learn really make the difference!

- Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing
- Good basic knowledge of the English language for internal communication
- Customer-oriented, empathetic, and solution-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Valencia and work full-time
- Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administration is a plus

• Working hours: 39 uur per week
• Shift rotation:
  • Maandag t/m Vrijdag tussen 9:00 en 21:00
  • Weekenden tussen 9:00 – 17:00
  • Je werktijden worden altijd verspreid over 5 dagen en dit gebeurt 2 keer per maand in het weekend.
