Your challenging responsibilities

• 📞 Handling professional inbound and outbound communications with style and empathy.

• 💡 Providing solution-focused support to effectively address a wide range of customer enquiries.

• ✍️ Ensuring the accurate administrative and technical handling of customer requests.

• 📅 Scheduling and seamlessly coordinating appointments for technicians in the field.

• ℹ️ Providing clear and accurate information about services, procedures and policies.

• 🛠️ Assist technicians remotely during their call-outs and map out the logistics surrounding installations.

• 🚀 Dispatching tasks, monitoring ongoing work and actively contributing ideas for process improvements.

• 🤝 Supporting your colleagues to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding the correct procedures.

• Working hours: 44 uur per week, eerste 2 maanden full time op kantoor is verplicht.
• Shift rotation: Maandag - Vrijdag tussen 08:00h en 18:00h
