Your Role

For one of the largest energy suppliers in Belgium, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent who speaks fluent Dutch and also speaks good English. 🌍 In this role, you will help residential and business customers with all their questions or challenges via phone and email. 📞📧 Think of data changes, meter readings, contracts, and invoices. You can independently analyze annual statements. Don't have experience in customer service yet? No problem! Motivation is most important, although experience is a nice bonus. 😉 Important: You already live in Morocco or are ready to relocate on short notice! ✈️

• Fluent in Dutch 🗣️

• Good command of the English language 🇬🇧

• Call center experience is a plus, but not a must! 📞
