As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a crucial role. You’ll put a smile on the face of the person on the other end of the line and help customers with a wide variety of enquiries about our leading smart security solutions. 🔒✨

Your Responsibilities

• Making customers happy: You’ll answer incoming calls and emails, and handle outbound calls with enthusiasm 📞✉️

• Tackling issues: You’ll resolve customers’ queries and challenges in a friendly and efficient manner 🧠💡

• Planning & organising: You’ll book maintenance appointments and help customers with queries about their invoicing and payments 📅💳

• Thinking alongside the customer: You’ll advise customers on additional products and services to make their experience even more complete (hello, great bonuses!) 🛍️📈

Your Profile

• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have a good command of English

• You are service-oriented, empathetic and commercially minded ❤️

• You are flexible in terms of working hours during our opening hours

• You’re willing to undertake a comprehensive, paid, two-week full-time training programme to become a true expert 🎓

• You have a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) 📜

• Working hours: 42 uur per week
• Shift rotation:
  • Maandag – Vrijdag tussen 9:00 en 18:00 (NL lokale tijd)
  • Zaterdag tussen 8:00 en 17:00 (NL lokale tijd)
  • 2 dagen per week vrij
