Your Role

Based in our vibrant office, you’ll become the go-to expert in advising existing customers. You’ll identify opportunities for additional products and services that genuinely add value for the customer. You’ll communicate effectively through incoming and outgoing calls, conduct sharp negotiations and successfully close sales. Your goal? To put a smile on the customer’s face and achieve your sales targets!

Your Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities: Analyse the client’s needs and offer bespoke solutions 🔍.

• Managing interactions: Make enthusiastic outbound calls to advise customers on our latest innovations 📞.

• Present & Persuade: Demonstrate the added value of our extra services and how they make the customer’s life safer ✨.

• Negotiate & Close: Convince the customer, negotiate the terms and close the deal.

• Follow-up: Ensure a seamless experience and respond quickly to customers’ queries or concerns 🤝.

• Administration: Keep accurate records of customer details and results in our systems.

Your Profile

We’re looking for a match made in heaven! You have a commercial mindset and possess the following skills:

• Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.

• Customer-focused & Empathetic: You understand customer needs and offer bespoke solutions.

• Persuasiveness: You’re excellent at presenting arguments and negotiating to close the deal.

• Meticulous: You carefully record all customer interactions and results in our systems.

• Results-oriented: You actively work to exceed your sales targets.

• Reliable: You can provide a valid Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

• Flexible: You are available from Monday to Friday between 10.00 and 19.00.

• Working hours: 42 uur per week
• Shift rotation:
  • Maandag - Vrijdag tussen 10:00 en 19:00
  • 2 weken full time training
